LOST DOG GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. The LOST DOG Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Milarten Corp., Troy, Michigan, doing business as Carlos the Dog ("Sponsor"). Contact: hello@carlosthedog.com.

2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Entry period. The Giveaway starts on October 21, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and entries close on November 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Entry Period").

4. How to enter. To complete one (1) entry you must do all of the following during the Entry Period:

  1. Create a free account at carlosthedog.com and register for LOST DOG (build your Carlos).
  2. Pick one (1) shirt and one (1) size from the shirts shown on carlosthedog.com. You can change your pick as many times as you want until November 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Your last pick at that time is your entry.
  3. Repost the LOST DOG post from @_carlos_thedog_ on Instagram (repost it or share it to your Story) and tag your friends in the comments of that post.

Limit: one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple accounts or automated entries will be disqualified. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, verify that an entrant completed step 3 and may disqualify entries that did not. Following, liking or tagging more friends does not give extra entries.

5. Prizes. Twenty-four (24) Carlos the Dog t-shirts, one per winner, in the design and size the winner picked:

  • LOST DOG: 6 shirts (approximate retail value US$35 each)
  • AMBIGUOUS: 2 shirts (US$35 each)
  • MARKERS: 10 shirts (US$35 each)
  • CLASSIC CARLOS: 6 shirts, black and white (US$25 each)

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: US$780. Only the sizes shown as available on carlosthedog.com can be picked.

6. Drawing. On November 23, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. ET, Sponsor will randomly select the winners. For each shirt and size, the winner(s) are drawn at random from all eligible entries that picked that shirt and size. Odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries picked the same shirt and size.

7. Winner notification and shipping. Winners will be notified by email at the address on their carlosthedog.com account. To claim the prize, the winner must enter a United States shipping address through the claim link within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. Shipping is free and only to addresses in the United States. If a winner does not claim the prize in time, is not eligible or cannot be verified, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries for that shirt and size.

8. No returns or exchanges. Prizes are awarded as is. They cannot be returned, exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.

9. Your information. Sponsor uses the information you provide only to run this Giveaway and to deliver prizes. If you separately opt in, Sponsor will also email you about future Carlos the Dog drops. You can unsubscribe at any time.

10. General conditions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules, and may cancel or modify the Giveaway if it cannot run as planned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries, technical failures, or prizes lost or damaged in the mail. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final.

11. Platforms. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok or Shopify. By entering, you release Instagram, Meta, TikTok and Shopify from any liability related to this Giveaway.

12. Governing law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

13. Winners list. For the first names and state of the winners, email hello@carlosthedog.com after November 30, 2026.
